NO.9 WORLD LIMITED operates https://www.nouhera.com. This notice explains how personal information is handled when you browse the site, join the private list or, once sales open, purchase a limited-edition print.

What we collect

• Email addresses submitted to the private list.
• Name, email, delivery address and order information needed to fulfil a purchase.
• Payment status and transaction references from Stripe; nouhera does not store full card numbers.
• Security and technical information reasonably necessary to protect the service against abuse.
• Optional site analytics only when analytics are enabled under the applicable consent/privacy configuration.

Why we use it

• To provide the private-list notification you request.
• To enter into and perform a sales contract, process orders and arrange delivery.
• To maintain the edition ledger, authenticity record and accounting records.
• To meet legal obligations and protect the service from fraud, misuse and security incidents.

Service providers

Where necessary, information may be processed by Stripe for payments, Prodigi for print fulfilment and delivery, Supabase for the private transactional order and edition ledger, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure. If the production stack changes materially, this notice will be updated. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use the provider's applicable contractual and legal safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

Private-list data is retained only for the purpose for which it was collected or until you ask to leave the list. Order, tax and authenticity records are retained for the periods reasonably required by law and for the integrity of the limited-edition record. Production systems should not retain data longer than necessary for those purposes.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of personal information and to complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to info@nouhera.com.
